BOSUM BUDDY (1) is usually thereabouts but finds it hard to win, with only one victory from 12 starts. Was again denied last start when she found a couple better over 5½f at Turffontein Standside. Placed to advantage so expect a big run. DISTING (7) is yet to find the frame in two runs since resuming from a lay-off, the latest when 14th over 1m in the G2 Gauteng Fillies Guineas at this track after she settled well back. Has further improvement to come and is expected to run well. NIGHT VIGIL (5) was unplaced two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 5f at Turffontein Standside, beaten 5 lengths into sixth. Finds a nice race and can atone.
