ARVERNI KING (8) doesn't win out of turn, scoring just two times from 23 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when fourth over 1m2f at this track, beaten 2.75 lengths. Placed to advantage and can make his presence felt. JP'S PALACE (9) improved sharply on his eighth two starts back at Scottsville with success over 1m3/4f at Scottsville five weeks ago, getting home by 0.6 lengths. Likely to be there at the finish again. KADIZORA (5) has been out of the winner's list for a long time, last start finishing fifth at Turffontein Inside over 1m2f. Best figures measure up nicely. Can do a lot better. LUCRETIUS (6) turned in a decent effort last start to finish second over 1m2f at Greyville All Weather. Finds a suitable race and can go on to take this out.
