MOREBAR (4) is yet to break through after three career starts. Could only manage to finish fourth last time out over 5¼f at Inverell following a minor placing at Coffs Harbour when fresh from a lay-off the run prior. Well placed this line-up and might be his day. MONGOLIAN SPRING (3) missed the placings when resuming recently but was not too far from the winner when fifth over 5f at Gold Coast. Will find this a little easier than last time. Likely to feature. RUM AND KIRK (5) raced once in the maiden campaign when ninth at Doomben over 5½f back on February 25. Worth following up. CHECKS'N'BALANCES (2) returns from a lay-off of ten weeks and is having his first run for a new yard. Finished fifth at Scone over 5f when when resuming last time in work.
