NATURE BOY (3) scored at this track last time out with 2.5 lengths in reserve at the end of 1m3 1/4f. Has six wins here. Has a high cruising speed. Will play a major role. SIR ZINO (12) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 6 lengths when fourth in a 1m1 1/2f contest at Armidale a week-and-a-half ago. Needs to be at his best to beat this field but he is up to the challenge. MAUI (2) finished second at Armidale two runs back but was less effective last time over 1m1f at Port Macquarie, finishing 5 lengths back in seventh. Nicely placed to bounce back.
