KALKANLI (3) tackled city class latest when sixth at Eagle Farm, finishing 4.5 lengths from the winner. This is far easier. Well placed and sure to run well. MAGADAN (4) finished seventh last start over 1m3f at Sunshine Coast after racing on the pace for much of the way. Sure to give a great sight. SIR ZINO (6) hasn't been able to break through for an extended period, the latest effort a 11th over 1m1/2f at this track. Placed to advantage so expect a better run this time. SMOKIN' DE QUO (8) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m1/2f at this track, beaten 4 lengths into fifth. Suitably placed so can turn things around.
