ALFRED TENNYSON (1) was digging deep when winning a close finish over course and distance here last week. Looks to be back on track and is hard to fault turning out so quickly. The one to beat. LITTLE EMPIRE (3) comes without success for a while. Provided good form in England and at the Curragh in June and though unexposed on turf could have more to offer. OHAILBHIC (6) proved unable to land a hat-trick when dropping to 6f at Naas last month. This trip should be the optimum and cannot be ruled out. PRETTY OMAGH GIRL (2) was a good winner at the Curragh in May. Better than the latest effort and she rates highly.
