GO COMMANDO (6) finished out of the money when fresh from a lay-off two starts back then was beaten 2. 5 lengths when sixth over 6f at Wagga four weeks ago after being prominent at the bend. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. SHOREMAN (8) is racing well and is close to a win, the latest effort a solid third at Canberra over 6f after being prominent from the outset. Tackling a deeper field this time but he is up to the task. TROOPER (7) turned in a much better effort last time out to score by 2. 5 lengths over 5f at Canberra. Nicely placed to find a top-three spot.
