SHE REX (1) was beaten one length into third at Randwick Kensington two starts ago then finished 2.5 lengths from the winner in fifth last time at Randwick Kensington. Has good early pace. Capable of sharp improvement and can get off the mark. SOUTHERN PRINCE (5) started at 13/2 last time and ran below expectations, finishing fifth and beaten 5 lengths at Randwick Kensington over 7f. Won't find this as tough so he is a major player. TURNING CIRCLE (10) was in contention on the corner and finished third last start over 7f at Parkes, beaten 0.9 lengths. This is the right race and can get the job done. STEEL RAIN (6) finished second last start at the first run back from a lay-off over 6f at Kembla Grange, beaten 3 lengths. Ideally placed and is sure to play a major role.
