POWER SMASH (5) broke his maiden last start over 5f at this track when resuming, scoring by a head. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Re-unites with Heavelon Van Der Hoven who was on board last start. Can go right on with the job now. ORTHIES (6) didn't do a bad job to finish 1.5 lengths away in fourth last start over 5½f at Hawkesbury when he made late ground. That followed a win on debut at this track. Finds an easier assignment and can return to winning ways. CHEMTRAIL (3) returns after a six months lay-off and looks ready following a Goulburn trial win. Has the gate speed to take up a forward position. One to consider. WINNING EMOTIONS (8) was allowed to drift back from a wide draw last time before finding the line strongly to score by 1.1 lengths over 5f at Wagga. Can feature in the finish again.
