ARTHUR THE GREAT (8) missed the frame when resuming last start over 7f at Wagga but wasn't all that far from the winner. Has never been out of the placings at this stage of the prep. Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Will play a major role. VILLASAURUS (11) was in contention on the turn and finished third last time over 7f at Wagga when resuming from a lay-off, beaten one length. In the right race and is one of the big hopes. NO DRAMA (1) raced on the speed when second up from a lay-off last start and wound up 1.5 lengths from the winner in sixth over 7f at Nowra. Should camp just off the leaders. Sure to be thereabouts.
