Stepping up a level this time but on his best form he is good enough to take this out. CROWN THE KING (2) is a maiden galloper resuming. After a lay-off of four-and-a-half months. Closed last campaign with a eighth over 6½f at Newcastle, beaten 6 lengths. Fitter for two trials, placing most recently. Key runner. ALIGNED (7) is a three-start maiden who finished fifth, beaten 9 lengths, when resuming from a lay-off last start over 5½f at Randwick Kensington. Bold showing expected with added fitness this time. NOT SO WRONG (8) debuted two-and-a-half weeks ago when he finished tenth over 5f at Hawkesbury, beaten 5.5 lengths. Will take a lot from that last run and is worth following up.
