KING'S SECRET (5) wasn't far off maiden success before a break of six months, finishing the campaign with a minor placing over 6f at Kembla Grange. Has trialled two times leading into this. Has ability and can get off the mark. THE OTHER STRAAND (10) has not raced since being well supported on her debut on December 27 over 6f at Mornington when she finished tenth, beaten 10 lengths. Likely improver who is worth another chance. CAPITAL JICINTA (8) was unwanted in betting on debut last start but ran a strong race, finishing third and beaten 2.75 lengths over 5f at Wyong. Expected to feature with improvement to come. INOUE (2) is back after a break of five-and-a-half months. At the last run before the layoff he finished ninth over 6¼f at Canterbury. Tuned up with a fifth in a recent trial at Warwick Farm. Has ability and must be included in calculations.
