Wide-open contest. THE DRAGON KING (12) has some smart form in the book and the assessor has given him a chance and if back on song then he could prove a class above these but it's tricky to work out if he will be in form. SHIPLAKE (1) disappointed in the Victoria Cup at Ascot over 7f two weeks ago and now needs a career best to get involved on these terms. AL ARBEED (4) lightly raced compared to a lot of these and the drop back in trip and class will suit and should give a bold show. PHILANTHROPIST (11) responded well to first time cheekpieces at Yarmouth last month and has every chance of going back to back.
