THE THAMES BOATMAN (2) finished second beaten a nose at Bath last time and backs up quickly. He ran well there and should be in the finish again. RORY ROCKET (9) narrowly got his nose in front by 0. 5L over 6f at Kempton Park last time. Given a modest rise in the weights but remains competitive. SANDSCREENDELIVERD (4) went close when second over 6f at Lingfield on his last start. Another big run is expected. SPRING BLOOM (7) resumed with a second over 6f at Leicester beaten 6L after racing up with the pace. Will no doubt come on plenty for that effort. He is well placed to run another strong race.
