DUN DARTE CHEAP (4) is a three-start maiden who resumed from a lay-off last start and was beaten 3. 5 lengths when fourth over 7f at Sunshine Coast. Improvement to come and this is his chance to break through. BRASS BAND (3) is poised to win after placing at his last four outings, most recently when second over 1m at Gatton when he was in the firing line all the way. Meets some better types this time but he has the talent to test this line-up. EDGE OF INFINITY (7) again failed to feature last start, finishing fifth and beaten 2 lengths over 1m1/2f at Grafton. Will find this assignment a little tougher but is capable of featuring. SECRET ROSE (10) finished third last time over 6f at Gold Coast, beaten 3 lengths. Will trim down following recent racing. Placed to advantage so expect another forward showing.
