Was in the placings when when resuming from a lay-off last campaign at Ballina over 5f. Will be forward for this after a recent trial win at Gold Coast. Looks set to run well for the new mentor. SO BE INSPIRED (6) was well fancied last time but could only manage second over 6f at Ipswich. Likely to be in the finish again. STARSARISE (4) stepped up in trip to 5½f last time at Gold Coast and ran below her best, finishing 5. 5 lengths away in seventh. Coming back in trip suits so worth forgiving. I AM VOODOO (1) last raced just a week-and-a-half ago when fifth over 5½f at this track. Suitably placed so expecting a better run this time.
