HULKAMANIA (1) was returning from a break last time out and proved too classy, scoring by 1. 3 lengths over 6f at Gold Coast Poly. Fitter for that last hitout and he looks hard to stop again. LIBERTY STEPS (4) was in the money two starts back at this track but couldn't back it up last time when sixth, beaten 4. 5 lengths, at Sunshine Coast over 7f after being in contention on the bend. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. MIDNIGHT DRIFTER (6) was a narrow winner in a at Grafton then in the placings last time at this track. Will appreciate the drop in the weights. Is in solid form this prep, scoring two wins and a placing from six starts. Has to be respected. PASIMA (7) has not appeared since he finished tenth over 1m at Sunshine Coast on June 22. Now under the care of new trainer G Heinrich & B Rodgers. Can make his presence felt.
