RISE OF THE MASSES (3) raced on the speed from the outset when resuming last start and finished second, beaten a long neck, over 6f at this track. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run again. LADY SHOTGUN (6) showed little early speed then came with a powerful run to finish second last time out over 6¾f at Doomben. Can figure in the finish again. TOESONTHENOSE (4) finished a 5 length 12th when resuming last start over 7f at Sunshine Coast. Has a fair record when second up, including five top-three finishes. Can improve sharply here.
