WARRIOR FOR PEACE (10) wasted no time getting off the mark on debut over 7½f at Muswellbrook four weeks ago. Has since been kept ticking over with a Tamworth trial placing. Has plenty of upside and can win again. ALL ABOUT ARTIE (1) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 1.3 lengths when fifth over 7f152yards at Gold Coast Poly two weeks ago after being in the firing line on the corner. Finds a nice race and can play a significant role. NAUGHTY NURSE (18) was in contention on the bend and finished second last start at the first run back from a lay-off over 6f at Beaumont (Newcastle), beaten half a length. Likely improver with winning claims. MALTALI (9) is yet to find the winners' list this time in work but has four placings from seven runs this campaign, finishing a nose away in second most recently over 6f at Sunshine Coast. Shapes as one to consider.
