GOLDEN BOOM (1) showed good early dash last time out and led for most of the way before being claimed and finishing 0.6 lengths away in second over 5½f at Sunshine Coast. Well-placed and will take catching. SHALAA'S MOMENT (7) made considerable ground in the run home to finish third last start over 6f in the LR Nudgee Quality at Eagle Farm. Another bold showing is expected. SALTAIRE (13) settled well back last time out then found the line strongly to finish 5.5 lengths away in fifth over 5f at Eagle Farm. Will be putting in the big strides late. FLYING BIRDS (16) fought on for third last start over 6f at this track, beaten 0.9 lengths to add to some fine recent form. Finds a suitable race and can figure in the finish.
