Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. ROMI (7) placed two starts ago at Grafton but could only manage tenth last time, beaten 8 lengths, over 5f on turf at Ballina. First try on synthetic. Blinkers are added in a positive move by the stable. QICKWIT (4) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 5½f at Gatton, beaten 10 lengths into fifth. No surprise to see him in contention.
