MRS IGLESIA (11) ran on strongly but just failed to pick up the winner as favourite last start over 5f at Ballarat. Has the ability to find winning ways. SOUTHERN CRESCENT (12) turned in a strong run two starts ago at Caulfield Heath then failed to back it up over 6f at Ballarat last time, beaten 4 lengths into fifth. Record at this shorter journey is sound so deserves another chance. DEEPFLOAT DIVA (3) lines up for the first time since September 21. Started the last campaign in good style when in the placings over 5½f at Morphettville. Makes plenty of appeal.
