CAPTAIN LOVE (1) turned in a decent effort last start to finish third over 1m3f at Balaklava after being prominent at the turn. Nicely placed to play a pivotal role. LILLIKINS (6) progressed nicely last time out to finish just one length from the winner in third over 1m2f at Penola. Goes up a rung or two but she is capable of running a bold race. THE PUNK ROCKER (3) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m3f at Balaklava, beaten 4. 5 lengths into fourth. Has his share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race. BLABBER MOUTH (8) is a six-start maiden who returned last time and finished fifth at Murray Bridge over 1m, beaten 3. 5 lengths. Definite top-three hope with plenty of improvement to come.
