Race Tip

AD ASTRA (5) resumes from a lay-off of nine months. Looked close to a win before that break, finishing off with a minor placing over 5½f at Murray Bridge. Has ability and sure to prove tough to beat. ROYAL MAJESTY (1) progressed nicely last time out when she did her best work late to finish just 0.7 lengths from the winner in second over 6f at Morphettville. Faces an easier assignment so she is sure to prove hard to beat. DYER (2) ran below expectations last time at Morphettville, finishing sixth and beaten 2.25 lengths starting at 8/1. Finds a nice race and can make amends. MADAM JEANETTE (7) was in the firing line on the turn and finished second last start over 6f at this track, beaten a neck. This looks a sterner test than last time but on her best form she is good enough to take this out.
