RHINESTONE RORY (2) is a 14-start maiden who has been in the money at his last couple of runs, the latest when third over 1m2 1/2f at this track. Top chance. MERCURY FLYER (1) was in the firing line on the turn and progressed nicely last start to finish a close second over 7¾f at Manangatang after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Taking on a better field but he is up to the task. GREY FOLLY (7) raced on the pace last start before fading to finish sixth, beaten 10 lengths, over 1m2 1/2f at this track. Must be included among the main hopes. FOXY EAGLE (6) again failed to feature last start, finishing eighth and beaten 15 lengths over 1m2 1/4f at Penola. Will find this a little tougher but is among the better hopes.
