ASPEN COLORADO (5) finished sixth two runs back then did well last start when he worked home well but found one better over 1m at Bendigo, beaten only 1.5 lengths. Taking on a better line-up this time but he has the ability to mix it with them. EXALTED FIRE (1) finished fourth last start over 1m2f at Murray Bridge after racing on the pace for much of the way. Will go forward and is expected to be in the finish. OUTTA COMPTON (4) finished 3 lengths back in fifth over 7f at Sandown-Hillside last time out after a gutsy win two runs back. Will find this easier. Should be involved in the finish. Multiple Group 3 placegetter CROWN MINT (7) followed an unplaced effort two starts back with a third last start over 7f152yards at Morphettville. Nicely placed to feature in the finish.
