SNUGG (6) was a dominant winner last time over 7f at this track, getting home by 3 lengths. Has been in sound form this prep with a win and two minor placings from four outings. Sure to run well. SPIRIT OF NURAI (5) tackled city class latest when seventh at Doomben, finishing 5. 5 lengths from the winner. Should enjoy the significant drop in grade. Best form puts her right in this. Turned in a better run last time when second, beaten 1. 75 lengths, at Toowoomba over 5½f. Won't find this as tough. Well placed and should be in the finish. UPSTART LOVER (10) doesn't win out of turn but ran a strong race last time out over 7f at this track, finishing fourth and beaten 1. 3 lengths. Likely improver with top-three prospects.
