ERNIE'S MARTINI (2) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 6f at this track, beaten 3 lengths after being in the firing line on the turn. Worth noting Christopher Husbands goes aboard. Has the ability to build on that encouraging effort last start. FASCINATION STREET (1) was below his best last time when sixth over 1m1/4f at this track, beaten 9 lengths. Kirk Johnson gets the best out of this four-year-old gelding. Needs to be at his best to beat this field but he deserves another chance. FORESTER HUMOR (6) got well back over 5½f at this track last time and never threatened, eventually finishing 5.5 lengths away in fourth. Taking on a better line-up this time but he is up to the challenge. INFLATION NATION (4) was beaten 21 lengths into sixth over 5f at this track two weeks ago. Capable of featuring prominently.
