WAR VOW (3) is a four-year-old filly who is having her first run for the Dale A Powell stable. Resumes after finishing fifth at Mahoning Valley (Dirt) at her last run five-and-a-half months ago. Hasn't trialled publicly but looks well placed. Can make a winning return. GAMBLER'S POSE (5) returned from a lay-off two-and-a-half weeks ago when she was beaten 11 lengths into eighth over 5f at this track. Won't find this as tough so she will prove hard to beat. TANGERINE TWIST (4) comes here off a break of six months. Worth noting she filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last time in work over 5f at this track. Now under the care of new trainer Julie Robillard. Looks a strong top-three prospect. ALWAYS MY FAULT (1) is returning from a lay-off of seven months.
