IDAHO SUN (4) won twice in jumpers' flat races prior to delivering a good 6. 5L sixth in the 2m1/2f G1 Champion Bumper at Cheltenham in March. Rates a major threat on hurdling debut. Point-to-point winner GAELIC PRIDE (2) won a jumpers' flat race here on his Rules debut. Dangerous despite disappointing a much stronger race at AIntree subsequently. MILD MAGIC (12) placed second when beaten 5L in a Tullaherin point-to-point over 3m1/4f in April. One to note.
