STATE SCHOOL SMART (5) returns from a break of three-and-a-half months. Consistent performer last prep whose most recent appearance resulted in a sixth over 5½f at Arapahoe Park. Ideally placed to score while fresh. GUITAR DOCTOR (3) is fresh from a lay-off of six-and-a-half months and did hit the frame when last resuming at Delta Downs (Dirt) over 6½f. In a different yard now. Key runner fresh from a break. JAMES'S MOONSHINE (1) last appeared when successful by 0. 8 lengths over 5f at Arapahoe Park (Dirt) three-and-a-half months ago, the only time he went to the races last prep. Under the care of new trainer Kyle Schindler this prep. Should be poised just off the lead. Should be involved in the finish. WEBCAM (6) is a seven-year-old gelding who is having his first run for the Trevor Rushton stable. Most recently finished in the placings at Arapahoe Park (Dirt) before going for a break. Not seen at the trials but looks nicely placed. Shapes as a top-three chance.
