SABAJ (2) was safely held when resuming from a lay-off behind Linebacker in the G3 Silver Eagle at Randwick over 6½f, beaten 3. 5 lengths into sixth. Well placed and expected to feature. HE'LL RIP (13) finished fourth last time out over 7f at this track, beaten 5 lengths. Well placed and should be tough to beat. NATION'S CALL (11) showed good pace and went on to score by 1. 75 lengths last time out over 1m at Moonee Valley. Tricky draw to overcome but does have good gate speed. Must raise the bar but another big run is on the cards. FARHH FLUNG (5) lifted strongly to score by a nose two runs back at Sandown-Hillside then ran seventh over 1m in the LR Seymour Cup last time in tougher grade. Harder here but is not to be discounted.
