DE BERGERAC (6) has been in good form, scoring three back at Sale then placing twice in a row, most recently finishing second over 6f at this track. Finds a suitable assignment and can take the next step and salute. EPIC PROPORTIONS (3) showed good early speed and raced just off the lead before lifting to score by 1.5 lengths over 5½f at Randwick Kensington last start. In form and will take beating again. RAIKOKE (4) did little and finished 12 lengths from the winner in 13th over 6f at Caulfield last start after being in the firing line on the bend, a less impressive effort than his when resuming fourth at Caulfield the run before. Beautifully placed and is sure to take a ton of beating. SHAIME (14) was unwanted in betting last start but performed beyond expectations when beaten 1.4 lengths into fourth over 5½f at Caulfield. Has a decent record at this track. Worth considering.
