Placed to advantage so expect a big run. MONTAUK MEMOIRS (6) didn't make an impact at his last run before going for a lay-off on November 17, finishing fifth and beaten 10 lengths over 6f at this track (Dirt). Rates highly and should take some beating. SAVAGE STATE (3) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 4½f at this track, beaten 7 lengths. Fitter this time. Hard to beat in this suitable race. DIO DOUBLE GEE (4) was far from disgraced when second last start over 4½f at this track. That followed a win at Charles Town the start prior. Likely improver with top-three prospects.
