FATHER WALSH (1) turned in an eye-catching run over 5½f at this track (Dirt) last time, ridden back before coming home with a powerful run to finish third. Among the leading chances. MAX FOSTER (6) finished out of the money two starts back then he was never in contention and was beaten 27 lengths when eighth in a 1m1/4f contest at this track two weeks ago. This looks a sterner test than last time but on his best form he is one of the chief contenders.
