Will enjoy a drop in class so she is a major player. OUTTA THE CLOUD (6) again failed to feature last start, finishing eighth and beaten 12 lengths over 6f at Saratoga (Dirt). Rates highly on best form and should go a lot better. EAST HARBOR (7) has been in the placings three times from seven outings. Last start finished seventh over 5½f at this track (Dirt). Goes well here with two top-three finishes to her credit. Strong chance. BABI DREAMS (4) made progress last time out, finishing 4.5 lengths from the winner in third at the end of 6f at this track. Likely to hold the form and is a strong top-three prospect.
