FOLLOW THE SIGNS (1) ran below expectations when fresh from a lay-off at this track (Dirt) over 4½f last time, finishing fifth and beaten 6 lengths. Nicely placed to bounce back. OLD MAN WINTER (2) was fresh from a five months break last start and scored by half a length at this track (Dirt). Has 10 wins here. Has good early toe so he should be handy in the run. Expected to be in the finish. PREPARE FOR GLORY (5) is back at the races for the first time since November 13. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last time in work over 6f at this track. Yet to win when resuming but generally runs well with two minor placings from four tries. Looks one of the genuine hopes in the race. BENCH WALK (3) returned from a lay-off two weeks ago when he was beaten 5.5 lengths into fifth over 4½f at this track. Fitter so anticipating a better run this time.
