Willie Mullins looks to have a strong hand in this beginners chase with KAROLINE BANBOU (8) seemingly the most obvious winner having finished second at the venue tackling fences just five weeks ago. Expected to go close on that occasion and could improve to do so here. PORT JOULAIN (5) and DR EGGMAN (1) both race for the S Ricci silks and carrying similar profiles into this event may give a bold sight. Worth noting Paul Townend is to ride the first mentioned. KOORI STAR (3) provided good form attempting handicap hurdles. Could have a future with fences though a watch in brief is advised unless strongly fancied.
