ASTRONOMICAL BOY (5) returns from a lay-off of five months. Was safely held at the only appearance last prep when ninth over 7f at Durbanville. Has switched to the Dean Smith yard over the break. Should be hard to stop. AUGUSTA ROSSO (7) lines up for the first time since April 10. Started the last campaign impressively when in the placings over 5f at this track. Rates highly and is likely to be prominent. WAROFDYNAMITE (2) is putting together some solid results. Finished third at Fairview All Weather two starts back then landed the prize by 1. 3 lengths as public elect last time out over 5f at Fairview All Weather. Looks well placed so expect another big run. FRENCH FLAME (6) won at Fairview All Weather two starts ago but was below his best at a more recent appearance, finishing seventh over 6½f at Fairview All Weather. Nicely placed to turn things around.
