STONE OF SCONE (4) progressed nicely last time out to finish just a nose from the winner in second over 7f at this track. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. AMONG THE WILLOWS (13) is a two-year-old filly by Buffalo Bill Cody out of Forest Field stepping out on debut for the Alan Greeff stable. Looks a definite contender, particularly if the money comes. AMERICAN GEM (1) resumes from a lay-off of four-and-a-half months. Has filled a minor placing at both when resuming runs. Opened last prep with a third over 6f at Greyville. Bold showing expected. POWER OF TIGER (7) turned in another moderate effort last start when 10 lengths from the winner in seventh over 5f at Vaal. Has her share of talent and is a top-three prospect.
