Well placed and can get off the mark this time. LOMU (4) is a four-start maiden who could only manage to finish sixth at his latest appearance over 7f at Kenilworth after he gave away a big start. This looks a nice race so expect him to be right in the finish. MR BRIGHT SPARK (6) stepped up to the mile for the first time last start at Turffontein Standside and after looking a winning chance halfway down the straight he finished midfield. Should settle just off the speed despite the draw. One of the main contenders.
