MERCANTOUR (1) finished third two runs back at Fairview All Weather then improved last time out to score by 3.5 lengths as favourite over 6f at Fairview All Weather. Facing a tougher assignment but he is worth serious consideration. GOLDEN LINK (6) is back from a lay-off of nine weeks. Closed last prep with a eighth, beaten 11 lengths, over 6f at this track. Goes well at this journey with two wins from six starts. Can give this a shake. BUSH TRACKER (4) hasn't been able to break through for an extended period, the latest effort a fourth over 1m at this track. This looks a sterner test than last time but on his best form he is right in contention.
