Failed to threaten when 9 lengths from the winner in fourth when resuming last start over 5f at Greyville All Weather. Has good early speed so should take up a forward position. Will be in this for a long way. SPRINGSTEEN (7) is returning from a lay-off of six-and-a-half months. Finished 14th at Vaal over 6f at the first run last prep. Now with a new trainer Alan Greeff.
