JUAN CARLOS (1) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 5.5 lengths when ninth in a 1m1 1/2f contest at this track six-and-a-half weeks ago. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. GREAT AFFAIR (5) finished ninth two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 1m6f at Fairview, beaten 1.3 lengths. Finds a suitable assignment and can get the job done. HAROLD THE DUKE (8) fought on for second last start over 1m2f at Fairview, beaten a neck to add to some fine recent form. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways.
