GREAT NOTION (1) tackling the synthetic for the first time. On her return from a brief layoff. Kicked off the last campaign with a sixth at Turffontein Inside over 7¼f. Capable of taking this out. JET LAVISH (2) did a great job to score by 3 lengths over this course and distance when resuming from a break last start. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. CHERRY OH BABY (3) finished sixth when resuming two runs back then progressed nicely last time out to score by half a length as public elect over 6½f at this track. Looks well placed so expect another big run. BLUE PALACE (6) turned in another moderate effort last start when 3 lengths from the winner in fifth over 7f at Fairview. Best efforts measure up so worth another chance.
