THE ROARING ROCK (5) proved too strong two runs ago at Fairview. Safely held last time out when fourth over 6f at Fairview, beaten 6 lengths after being in the firing line on the turn. Finds a suitable race and can return to the winner's circle. TEEREX (12) hasn't been far away lately, last time out finishing just 2 lengths back in fourth over 5f at Greyville All Weather. Has been thereabouts without winning and is a leading hope again. LUCKY SPIRIT (3) returns from a break of three months. Was going well at the back end of last prep with placings at his last two starts, the latest at this course and distance. Will be handy despite the tricky draw. One of the main contenders. RAVILIOUS (4) saluted two runs ago then turned in a decent effort last time out when second over 5f at Fairview, beaten a nose. Expect a better run this time.
