LATE BLACKSMITH (7) was beaten just 0.3 lengths last start and landed his first top-three finish in the process over this course and distance. Has taken a while to hit form but can open his account this time. HAND OVER MY HEART (2) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6f at this track, beaten 5 lengths into fourth after being in contention on the corner. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. DOUBLE DRIBBLE (4) produced another moderate effort last start when 9 lengths from the winner in seventh over 6f at this track. Better than recent efforts suggest.
