Jose Ortiz gets the best out of this six-year-old gelding. Tackling a deeper field this time but he is worth serious consideration. NEXT LEVEL (5) bounced back last start and got the job done by half a length after being in contention on the bend over 1m1/4f at this track (Dirt). Meets some better types this time but this looks well within his grasp. CALIBRATE (4) is having his first run since winning by half a length two weeks ago over 1m1/2f at this track. Has transferred to the Robertino Diodoro stable over the break. Comes here with definite top-three claims. CURAHEE (11) turned in a fine effort to win by 2. 75 lengths at this track and distance when resuming from a layoff last start. Meets some better types this time but another big run will not surprise.
