NEAT (10) went forward and proved too strong last time out, scoring by 5.5 lengths over 1m in Listed grade at Sam Houston Park (Turf). Should park just off the speed despite a difficult draw. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot salute. WORKS FOR ME (11) missed the placings when resuming recently but was not too far from the winner when fourth over 5½f at this track (Dirt). Has good early speed so should take up a forward position. Likely to feature. Group 2 winner CAN GROUP (5) was never in contention when resuming last start over 1m1/2f in the G3 Lecomte Stakes at this track (Dirt), finishing sixth and beaten 16 lengths. Takes on much easier opposition this time. Should measure up in this field. OCEAN VICTORY (2) was too good for a maiden field last start over 1m1/2f at this track (Turf), scoring by 0.8 lengths. Sparingly raced and has more to offer. Re-unites with Marcelino Pedroza who was on board last start. Tougher task this time but expected to be competitive again.
