ATHENS MOON (3) finished sixth two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 1m at this track, beaten 5 lengths after being in the firing line on the bend. Beautifully placed and is sure to play a pivotal role. LITTLE NICK (2) finished second, beaten half a length, when resuming from a lay-off last start over 1m1/2f at Gulfstream Park (Turf) after he was prominent at the corner. This is an easier assignment and can take this out. RINGSIDE (4) returned last time with a solid second at this track (Turf) over 1m after being in contention on the bend. Hard to beat in this suitable race. BETTERA (9) was well in the market when resuming from a lay-off last start over 6f at this track (Dirt) but was safely held in sixth, beaten 26 lengths. Solid contender in this line up.
